We offer a variety of furnace manufactures including York, Payne, and Carrier. They range from standard 80% efficiency up to 97.5% high efficiency models. Replacing your old equipment now will put money in your pocket. This savings continues month after month.

To get started in assisting you with your new equipment, we need to schedule an appointment. During our visit we asses the system requirements along with your personal preferences and design a custom system which is unique to you and your home.

My Furnace Isn’t Heating

If your furnace quits, Don’t Panic. We are a full service company. And, you only pay a low FLAT RATE for repairs. You never pay for extra labor, or to locate hard-to-find parts. Best of all, we don’t consider your unit fixed until it’s worked perfectly for ninety days. If the part we repaired fails under our guarantee, we’ll fix it FREE. Our PTU service covers your whole heating system. We clean and inspect your equipment, thermostat function test and adjustment, gas leak testing, and duct inspection. Purchase our one, two, or three year Energy Saving Agreement. By pre-purchasing Precision Tune-Ups through our Energy Savings Agreement, you will receive all the benefits only ESA customers get:
